Statement from the President Toomas Hendrik Ilves in wake of arson incident at Vao Refugee Centre

I am embarrassed and ashamed to read about the arson incident at Vao Refuge Centre, where more than fifty people, including children, were present at the moment of the outbreak of fire.

I expect every parliamentary party to given an official and public statement to make people understand which of them supports a state based on the rule of law, human life and the Constitution.
