Estonian Head of State expressed condolences to Spain

The President, Toomas Hendrik Ilves, today expressed condolences to the friends and relatives of the victims of the tragic train accident that took place in the north-western part of Spain and to the people of Spain in general.

"Please accept condolences from me and the whole of Estonia. Our thoughts are with the people of Spain at this difficult time," wrote President Ilves in his condolences.
