President Ilves expressed his condolences to the next of kin of the Russian plane crash victims

"My deepest condolences to the next of kin and friends of the people who died today in the passenger plane crash, and to the people of Russia," wrote the Estonian Head of State in a letter of condolences that he sent to the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

This morning, a Russian passenger plane with 224 people on board crashed down in the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt.
