President Ilves expresses his condolences to the People of Russia

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves expresses his condolences to the People of Russia in connection with the plane crash in the Rostov Oblast (Russia) in which, according to initial information, 62 people were killed.

"My sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives at the plane crash this morning at Rostov-on-Don in Russia. Our thoughts are with the Russian people on this tragic day," said the Estonian head of state.
