President Toomas Hendrik Ilves arrived yesterday in Vilnius, Lithuania, where the meeting of the presidents of the Baltic states took place.
The Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian heads of state discussed energy security in the region, a stable energy supply, the Baltic Sea strategy, Europe after the enforcement of the Lisbon Treaty, the EU’s foreign services, the current economic situation, and the NATO operation in Afghanistan.
