PRELIMINARY NOTICE: The President of the Republic to leave for a working visit to the Republic of Lithuania

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves will leave on Sunday, November 5, for a working visit to the Republic of Lithuania where he will meet with the Presidents of other Baltic states and Poland in Vilnius.

On Monday morning, November 6, a meeting of the three Baltic presidents will take place at the Presidential Palace in Vilnius, which will be followed by a meeting of the three Baltic heads of state with the President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczyński, and a joint press conference.

After that, President Ilves will participate in the opening of an exhibition at the Lithuanian National Library that is dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the reestablishment of diplomatic relations between Lithuania and Estonia, Latvia and Poland.

In the afternoon the Estonian head of state will meet President of the Republic of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus and Prime Minister Gediminas Kirkilas.

The President of the Republic will arrive back in Estonia on Monday evening.
