President Toomas Hendrik Ilves was the opening speaker at the 12th World Leadership Forum of the US Foreign Policy Association, where he discussed the future of Europe. "Europe has to be unified if it's to be successful," he said. "Because of the crisis, countries have to have the courage to take the steps that are needed, and it's important to stick to rules that ensure stability. We can't go on helping irresponsible countries out of trouble forever."
