President Ilves extends condolences to Russian head of state

"I personally, and on behalf of everyone in Estonia, extend my condolences to the family and friends of the victims of the tragic accident that occurred close to Tyumen this morning, and to Russia and the Russian people," wrote President Toomas Hendrik Ilves to his Russian counterpart Dmitri Medvedev. "I also wish those injured a full and speedy recovery."
