President Toomas Hendrik Ilves was this morning diagnosed by doctors as having an acute viral infection of the respiratory tract and ordered to take a few days to rest and recover. As a result, the Estonian head of state will be unable to travel tomorrow to Prague to attend the memorial service for European humanist and former Czech president Václav Havel. Estonia will be represented at the service by ambassador Lembit Uibo.
