President Ilves expresses condolences to Russia

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves send his condolences to the President of Russia, Mr. Dmitri Medvedev, in relation to the bomb explosion in Vladikavkaz.

“I was devastated by yesterday’s news about the car bomb, which exploded at Vladikavkaz central market. I wish to express my deepest condolences to the families and friends of the deceased, and I wish those injured a speedy recovery,” wrote the Estonian Head of State.
