President of the Republic promulgated three laws

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution today in Kadriorg, promulgating the following laws:

- a law approving the amendments to the Convention on the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Baltic Sea Area, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17th March 2010;

- a law amending the Medicinal Products Act and Health Insurance Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 18th March 2010;

- a law amending the Defence League Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 24th March 2010.
