President of the Republic promulgates fifteen laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution promulgating the following laws:

- the 2010 State Budget Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 9th December 2009;

- the Bailiff’s Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 9th December 2009;

- the Foreigners Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 9th December 2009;

- the law denouncing the Common Baltic Transit Procedure between the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Latvia, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 9th December 2009;

- the law repealing the act ratifying the agreement on Common Baltic Transit Procedure between the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Latvia, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 9th December 2009;

- the law amending the Names Act and State Fees Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 10th December 2009;

- the law amending the Explosive Substances Act, the Advertising Act, and the State Fees Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 10th December 2009;

- the law amending the Foreign Services Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 15th December 2009;

- the Higher State Public Servants Salaries Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 16th December 2009;

- the law amending the Code of Civil Procedure, the Courts Act and other laws, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 16th December 2009;

- the law ratifying the agreement on the abolition of double taxation with income tax and preventing tax evasion between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Korea, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 16th December 2009;

- the law amending the Public Transport Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17th December 2009;

- the law amending the Act for the Organisation of Health Services, the Health Insurance Act and other acts, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17th December 2009;

- the law amending the Land Tax Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17th December 2009;

- the law ratifying the agreement on the abolition of double taxation with income tax and preventing tax evasion and its protocol between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Serbia, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17th December 2009.
