President promulgates eleven laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution promulgating the following laws:

- the Family Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 18th November 2009;

- the Conciliation Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 18th November 2009;

- the law amending the State Fees Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 18th November 2009;

- the law amending the Alcohol Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 19th November 2009;

- the law amending the Penal Code, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 19th November 2009;

- the law amending the Research and Development Activities Organisation Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 25th November 2009;

- the law ratifying the agreement on the abolition of double taxation with income tax and preventing tax evasion between the Republic of Estonia and the Isle of Man, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 25th November 2009;

- the law ratifying the agreement on the abolition of double taxation with income tax and preventing tax evasion and its protocol between the Republic of Estonia and the State of Israel, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 25th November 2009;

- the law amending the State Budget Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 26th November 2009;

- the law amending the Alcohol, Tobacco, Fuel and Electricity Excise Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 26th November 2009;

- the law amending the Income Tax Act and a related act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on November 26th 2009.
