President Ilves: smart entrepreneurs and smart governments look farther into the future than just one year

Anti Orav, the Director of AS Põltsamaa Felix, explained how the company is coping during the global economic recession, while maintaining the previous number of workers and their wages. Annela Oras, the owner of OÜ Joosti Aiand, provided a tour of the Rose Garden, and in Adavere, Priit Noorhani, the director of OÜ Chef Foods, introduced his company, which processes and markets venison products.

“Smart entrepreneurs, like smart governments, look farther than just one year into the future,” President Ilves said. “The future is inevitable. However, we can affect and shape the future if we do not stand idly by or lose hope, even during difficult times.”
