In Kadriorg today, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution to present the Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana 1st Class to NATO Secretary General In Kadriorg today, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution to present the Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana 1st Class to NATO Secretary General Jakob Gijsbert de Hoop Scheffer in recognition of his services to Estonia.

Jaap de Hoop Scheffer will visit Estonia on July 9th.
