President Ilves signed a resolution to present a Gold Cross of the Cross of the Eagle with Swords to Warrant Officer Allain Tikko President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution today to present a Gold Cross of the Cross of the Eagle with Swords to Warrant Officer Allain Tikko.

President Ilves also today made an entry in the book of condolences established in memory of Warrant Officer Allain Tikko at the Ministry of Defence.

The Head of State wrote, “Warrant Officer Allain Tikko! You fought for Estonia and died for Estonia. Estonia mourns its brave soldier. I bow my head in honour of your valour and memory.”
