The President of the Republic promulgated six laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution promulgating the following laws:

- the Biocide Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 14 May 2009;

- the law amending § 27 and 34 of the State Assets Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 20 May 2009;

- the law amending the Planning Act and other laws related thereto, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 20 May 2009;

- the Consular Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 20 May 2009;

- the law ratifying the additional protocol to the Convention on Personal Protection with regard to the automated processing of personal data, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 20 May 2009;

- the law amending the Health Care Services Organisation Act and other laws related thereto, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 21 May 2009.
