The President of the Republic promulgated three laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed the resolution to promulgate the following laws:

- the law amending the Government of the Republic Act and other laws related to the merger of the Motor Vehicle Registration Centre and the Road Administration, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 7 May 2009;

- the law amending § 11 (12) of the Institutions of Professional Higher Education, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 6 May 2009;

- the law amending the State Support of Enterprise and Loans Guarantee Act, passed by the Riigikogu on 7 May 2009.
