The President of the Republic promulgated three laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution promulgating the following laws:

- the law ratifying the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17 March 2009;

- the law amending the Water Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 19 March 2009;

- the law amending the Building Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 18 March 2009.
