The President of the Republic promulgated six laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution promulgating the following laws:

- the law ratifying the protocol for the amendment of the Treaty for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and Capital between the Republic of Estonia and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 11 March 2009;

- the law amending the Penal Code and Taxation Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 11 March 2009;

- the law amending the Planning Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 11 March 2009;

- the law amending the Accounting Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 11 March 2009;

- the law amending the State Budget Act, Participation in Legal Persons in Private Law by the State Act, and the Riigikogu Rules of Procedure and Internal Rules Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 11 March 2009;

- the law amending the Ambient Air Protection Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 12 March 2009.
