The President of the Republic promulgated four laws

Yesterday in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed the resolution to promulgate the following laws:

- the Acquisition of Land Transferred into Possession in the Course of Land Reform Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 25 February 2009;

- the law amending the General Part of the Civil Code Act and the Law of Obligations Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 25 February 2009;

- the law ratifying the European Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 25 February 2009;

- the law amending the Income Tax Act and the Immovables Expropriation Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 26 February 2009.
