President of the Republic of Estonia promulgated two laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed the resolution to promulgate the following Acts:

- Structural Aid for the Period 2004-2006 Act Amendment Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 26 February 2009;

- Basic School and Upper Secondary School Act Amendment Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 26 February 2009.
