The President of the Republic promulgated three laws

Yesterday in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution promulgating the following laws:

- the law amending §3 and §10 of the Motor Third Party Liability Insurance Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 5 November 2008;

- the law amending the Fertilizer Act, Plant Protection Act and State Fees Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 6 November 2008;

- the law amending the Alcohol, Tobacco, Fuel and Electricity Excise Duty Act and the laws related thereto, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 6 November 2008.
