The President of the Republic accepted credentials from several ambassadors

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves met with the ambassadors of several countries who presented the Head of State with their credentials.

Credentials were presented by Ambassador Karlis Eihenbaums of the Republic of Latvia, Ambassador Huang Zhongpo of the People’s Republic of China, Ambassador Alexandr Langer of the Czech Republic, Ambassador Thomas Bolster of the Republic of Ireland, and Ambassador Penelope Jane Ridings of New Zealand.

President Ilves spoke with all the ambassadors about their countries’ relations with Estonia and about recent foreign policy developments more broadly.
