The President of the Republic of Estonia promulgated ten laws

On 11 July in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed resolution promulgating the following laws:

- the law amending the Penal Code;

- the law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, Peacetime National Defense Act, Government of the Republic Act, and Code of Misdemeanor Procedure;

- the law amending the Penal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure;

- the law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure and Code of Misdemeanor Procedure;

- the law amending the Universities Act, Private Schools Act, and Institutions of Professional Higher Education Act and the laws related thereto;

- the law amending the Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management System Act;

- the Rural Development and Agricultural Market Regulation Act;

- the law amending the Health Insurance Act and Estonian Health Insurance Fund Act;

- the law amending the Nature Protection Act and other laws based thereon;

- Defence Forces Organisation Act;

which were all passed by the Riigikogu on 19 June 2008.
