President Ilves traveled to Canada on a working visit

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves left for a five-day working visit to Canada today. The Head of State will speak in Ottawa at a formal dinner organized by the Canadian-Baltic Society and meet with the leaders of both Houses of the Canadian Parliament and Defence Minister Peter G. MacKay.

Ilves will also meet with the representatives of Estonian organizations and he will hand out the diplomas at the Toronto Estonian School.

The President will arrive back in Estonia on Friday, May 30th.
