The President of the Republic promulgated five laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed resolution promulgating the following laws:

• The law amending the Courts Act; passed by the Riigikogu on 20 February 2008;

• The law amending § 24 of the Pre-School Establishment Act; passed by the Riigikogu on 21 February 2008;

• The law amending the Penal Code; passed by the Riigikogu on 21 February 2008;

• The law supplementing the State Borders Act and the Law of Ship Flag and Registers of Ships Act; passed by the Riigikogu on 27 February 2008;

• The law amending the Investment Funds Act, Guarantee Fund Act and the Securities Market Act; passed by the Riigikogu on 28 February 2008.
