The President of the Republic promulgated five laws

Yesterday in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed the resolution to promulgate the following laws, which were passed by the Riigikogu on October 24, 2007:

• the law amending the Employment Service and Subsidy Act and laws related thereto;

• the law ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Republics of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania regarding the Development of the Baltic Air Surveillance Network and Control System;

• the law for accession to the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea;

• the law for accession to the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the International Seabed Authority;

• the law ratifying the Protocol of 2005 to the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Fixed Platforms Located on the Continental Shelf.
