President of the Republic promulgated four laws

On 25 October President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed resolutions promulgating the following laws:
• the ratification act regarding the Stabilization and Association Agreement between the European Communities and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Albania, of the other part, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17 October 2007;
• the ratification act regarding the Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Singapore for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion and the Protocl, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17 October 2007;
• the law denouncing the ILO Night Work (Women) Convention (No. 41) and the Underground Work (Women) Convention (No. 45), which was passed by the Riigikogu on 17 October 2007;
• the law amending § 134 of the Fishing Act, which was passed by the Riigikogu on 18 October 2007.
