Estonian President appointed Rein Oidekivi as Ambassador to Bulgaria

On Friday, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed the resolution appointing Mr. Rein Oidekivi Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia to the Republic of Bulgaria, residing in Sofia. The Estonian Head of State also recalled Mr. Ants Frosch from this position.
