On Saturday, President Ilves will present the awards for Estonia’s most beautiful homes

On Saturday, August 18th in Kasepää, Jõgeva County, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves will award prizes to the winners of the “Beautiful Estonian Home 2007” contest.

A total of 83 prizes will be presented for the most beautiful homes and local governments, as well as the loveliest amateur sports structures, industrial landscapes and State Forest Management Centers.

According to President Ilves, riding around Estonia it is gratifying to see how more and more households are being put in order and decorated.

The winners of the “Beautiful Estonian Home 2007” prizes were chosen by the Estonian Home Decoration Association. The presentation of the Beautiful Home awards in Kasepää, Jõgeva County will start at noon on Saturday.
