President of the Republic proclaimed two laws

On Friday in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed resolutions to proclaim the following laws:

• the law to amend the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Fuel Excise Duty Act, Environmental Fees Act, and Road Act that was passed by the Riigikogu on 14 June 2007;

• the law to amend the Republic of Estonia Child Protection Act, Basic Schools and Upper Secondary Schools Act, Social Welfare Act, Punishment Register Act, Private Schools Act, Vocational Educational Institutions Act, Pre-School Child Care Institution Act, Youth Work Act, the Penal Code, Code of Misdemeanor Procedure, State Fees Act and Hobby Schools Act that was passed by the Riigikogu on 14 June 2007.
