The Ambassador of Ghana presented his credentials to the President of Estonia

Yesterday in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves received credentials from Grant Ohemeng Kesse, the Ambassador of Ghana.

“Relations between Estonia and Ghana are good,” said the Estonian Head of State upon accepting the credentials. “We would gladly see these relations be activated further and this primarily in the field of tourism.” President Ilves said that Estonia acknowledges the advances made by Ghana in the liberalization of its economy and the establishment of a democratic state.

The Ghanaian Ambassador expressed interest in the development of information technology in Estonia, and said that Ghana could learn from this. President Ilves noted that Estonia is ready to help Ghana with these issues.

The Ghanaian Ambassador accredited to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland resides in Berlin.
