President of Estonia proclaimed the Constitution Amendment Act

Today, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution proclaiming the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia Amendment Act passed by the Riigikogu on 12 April.

The act amends the preamble of the Constitution, adding a requirement to ensure the preservation of the Estonian language.
