President of the Republic extended his condolences to the Russian Head of State

In connection with the tragic accidents at the Uljanovskaja mine in Russia’s Kemerovo region and the Kamyshevatskaya nursing home in the Krasnodar Krai that have claimed a large number of casualties, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves extended his own deep condolences, and those of all of Estonia, to the Russian people and to the families and intimates of the victims.
