President of the Republic proclaimed four laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed resolutions proclaiming the Border Guard Service Act passed by the Riigikogu on 14 February 2007 and the Personal Data Protection Act passed on 15 February.

President Ilves also proclaimed the law amending the General Part of the Civil Code Act, the Law of Property Act, the Law of Property Act Implementation Act, the Building Act, the Planning Act, and the Immovables Expropriation Act passed by the Riigikogu on 21 February. In addition, the Head of State proclaimed the law amending the Act on the Implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union, the Rural Development and Agricultural Market Regulation Act, and the Land Improvement Act passed by the Riigikogu on 21 February 2007.
