President of the Republic proclaimed three laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed resolutions proclaiming the law amending the Animal Protection Act, the Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, and the Code of Misdemeanor Procedure passed by the Riigikogu on 15 February 2007; the law amending the Electrical Market Act; and the law amending the Taxation Act and the State Fees Act.
