The President of the Republic proclaimed six laws

Yesterday in Ärma, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed a resolution proclaiming the law amending the Imprisonment Act and the Code of Criminal Procedure passed by the Riigikogu on December 13, 2006; the Employees Representative Act; the law amending the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Act; the law amending the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act, the Bailiffs Act, the Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the State Legal Aid Act, and the Code of Enforcement Procedure; the law amending the Credit Institutions Act and the Financial Supervision Authority Act passed by the Riigikogu on December 14, 2006; and the law amending the Defence Forces Service Act, the Income Tax Act and the Aliens Act passed by the Riigikogu on December 21, 2006.
