The President of the Republic proclaimed ten laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed the resolution to proclaim the law amending the Victim Support Act; the law amending the Commercial Code and amending other laws related thereto; the law amending the Code of Civil Procedure and other laws related thereto; the law amending the Public Health Act, as well as the Food Act, the Communicable Diseases Prevention and Control Act, the Infectious Animal Disease Control Act, and the Water Act related thereto; the law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure passed by the Riigikogu on December 6, 2006; the law amending the State Public Servants Official Titles and Salary Scale Act; the law amending the Social Tax Act passed by the Riigikogu on December 7, 2006; the law approving Annexes B.4, B.7, B.8 and E with respect to the International Convention on Temporary Importation; the Convention between the Government of Estonia and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital and the law on the ratification of the protocol pertaining thereto; and the 2007 State Budget Act passed by the Riigikogu on December 13, 2006.
