The President of the Republic proclaimed eleven laws

In Kadriorg today, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed the resolution to proclaim the law amending the Social Welfare Act and other laws pursuant thereto passed by the Riigikogus on November 15; the law amending §5 of the Income Tax Act and §10 of the Land Tax Act; the law amending the Estonian Central Register of Securities Act and the Commercial Code; the law ratifying the Convention Revising the Convention Setting up a European University Institute; the law for joining the Agreement Relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization „Intelsat”; the law amending the European Parliament Election Act passed by the Riigikogu on November 16, 2006; the law amending the State Family Benefits Act, the Social Welfare Act, the Social Benefits for Disabled Persons Act, and the Parental Benefits Act; the law on the application of the European Union Common Agricultural Policy passed by the Riigikogu on November 22, 2006 and the law amending the Rural Development and Agricultural Market Regulation Act; the law for the 2006 supplementary state budget; the law for amending the Courts Act passed by the Riigikogu on November 23, 2006, and the law amending the acts related to the official publication, Ametlikud Teadanded.
