The President of the Republic proclaimed three laws

Today in Kadriorg, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed the resolution to proclaim the law regarding the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Estonia and the Government of the Republic of Greece to preclude double taxation resulting from income and capital taxes and to prevent the avoidance of taxes, and the ratification of the protocol pertaining thereto, passed by the Riigikogu on November 8; the law regarding the amendment of § 5 of the Political Parties Act passed by the Riigikogu on November 9, 2006; and the Estonian Development Fund Act, passed by the Riigikogu on November 15, 2006.
