The President of the Republic promulgated five acts

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate
the International Military Cooperation Act Amendment Act; the Act on Amendments to § 1 of the Strategic Goods Act; the Act on the Accession to the Protocol on Explosive Remnants of War of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which May be Deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects, passed by the Riigikogu on October 25, 2006; the Obligation to Leave and Prohibition on Entry Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on October 26, 2006, and the Peace-Time National Defence Act and State Secret Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on November 9, 2006.
