The President of the Republic promulgated six acts

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Political Parties Act and Associated Acts Amendment Act; the Local Government Council Election Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Ratification of the convention (No. 138) of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment; the Act on the Ratification of the Agreement for the Establishment of the International Organisation for the Development of Fisheries in Eastern & Central Europe; the Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Administrative Court Procedure, State Liability Act, Code of Misdemeanour Procedure and the Code of Criminal Procedure Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on October 11, 2006, and the Study Allowances and Study Loans Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on October 12, 2006.
