The meeting focused on relations between the European Union and Russia and the situation in Ukraine. "The European Union must maintain a united and determined approach to control the aggressors and their supporters," told the Estonian Head of State.

Prime Minister Cerar and President Ilves both admitted that solidarity in the European Union should also mean compliance with the rules by all the member states.
