On 1 January 2011 Estonia becomes the 17th member of the eurozone, the group of countries that uses the euro as their currency.

But is it a club that Estonia should be happy to join, following the debt crises in states such as Greece and Ireland?

Estonia's President is Toomas Hendrik Ilves.
