Interior views of the President's Office

The second floor foyer is adorned with the bronze portraits of former Estonian heads of state, Jaan Tõnisson and Konstantin Päts, and diplomat Ernst Jaakson, who safeguarded the continuity of the Republic of Estonia.

The original design of the State Council Hall from 1938 by architect Alar Kotli has been preserved to this day. The elegant art deco furniture was designed by Richard Wunderlich. The beautiful doors are also preserved.
The State Council hall is adorned with a heraldic tapestry, which was woven to match the winning design of a competition of 1939, and depicts the coats of arms of the then existing Estonian counties and a large coat of arms of the Republic of Estonia

The president’s working office, or the large office, was designed by architect Olav Siinmaa and was largely based on guidelines from Konstantin Päts. The upholstered furniture in this room has been preserved.
