Evelin Ilves has been invited by the organisers of Fransk Affære business fair, which takes place in Copenhagen until Sunday, to participate at the opening of this representative fair tonight and introduce the best flavours of Estonia as a part of Nordic cuisine. Supported by Enterprise Estonia (EE) and the embassy of Estonia in Copenhagen, the dishes will be prepared by the President of Bocuse d'Or Estonia, Dimitri Demjanov. His menu includes, for example, Estonian small herring and French duck liver on Estonian oatmeal biscuits with a dollop of Estonian cloudberry jam.

Fransk Affære, which is taking place for the third year, brings together approximately fifty influential French companies that are pursuing business in Denmark.

Evelin Ilves, as the spokesperson in the sphere of non-communicable diseases for the European region of the World Health Organisation (WHO), will tomorrow visit Roskilde, where she will meet with Mayor Joy Mogensen and Deputy Mayor Poul Andersen and visit the centre for people with disabilities.

Tomorrow evening, at the invitation of the Danish Film Institute, Evelin Ilves will open the first screening of "Mandariinid" (Tangerines) in the DFI Cinematheque. The film was produced as a joint venture between Estonia and Georgia and is featuring in the festival of new Central and Eastern European films, East by Southeast.
