President Ilves expressed condolences to Russia

The Head of State of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves sent his condolences to Russia, following the deadly explosion earlier today at the Volgograd train station.

"Such a tragedy before New Year's eve, when many people are on their way home to their loved ones, is especially abhorrent," stated the President.

"My sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased and fast recovery to the injured", said President Ilves.
