President Ilves to deliver an address in Strasbourg at the plenary sitting of the European Parliament

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves is on a working visit to Strasbourg where tomorrow he will deliver an address at the plenary sitting of the European Parliament focusing on foreign and security policy and digital development.

The Estonian Head of State will also meet with Martin Schulz, the President of the European Parliament, and a number of influential European Parliament politicians.

President Ilves will take part in a round table at the European Parliament to introduce the World Bank's digital development report "World Development Report 2016: Digital Dividends", which was prepared under the joint leadership of the President.
